Once your order has been approved by our pharmacist, we aim to dispatch your medication within 1 working day. Delivery timescales may vary depending on your location and courier availability, and are not guaranteed.
Medications are dispatched via a secure, tracked service to the address provided at checkout. You are responsible for ensuring your delivery address is accurate. We cannot be held responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses or circumstances beyond our control.
You may cancel your order before it has been approved by our pharmacist for a full refund. Once a prescription has been issued and dispensing has begun, we are unable to accept cancellations or offer refunds, as required under UK law for medicinal products.
If your medication arrives damaged or there is a dispensing error, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. We will investigate and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.

We accept no liability for harm arising from inaccurate information provided by the patient during consultation.
